THE MIDSTEAD STORY

Growing up, we split our time the same way our home state of North Carolina was split: between the mountains and the coast. Winters were at family cabins in the high country and summers were at the Outer Banks. When we had a family of our own, we split the difference in the middle of the state before setting out for the Midwest.

As we explored a new part of the country, we started Midstead to reflect what makes the Midwest unique—and to capture the spirit of adventure that unites us all. We started it for roadtrips and ferry rides, griddle breakfasts in the driveway and slow smokers in the snow. We started it for the friends we’ve made along the way and the ones we’re yet to meet.

Our designs nod to the t-shirt shops of the Midwestern metropolises and the lifestyle brands of the Southern shores. The result is a perfect blend of rugged and refined, with comfort that fits a relaxed pace of life.

While we live for all things local, our threads represent a state of mind that transcends locale.

That’s the Midwest Homestead.
